lifetime maps

My LIFETIME maps is expired, but should be for life, what can i do? On the app Mydrive connect appear as lifetime subscription, but on my sat nav appear as expired. Any sugestion please? Thank you

    Call support (chat only) to investigate the problem. Lifetime map subscriptions should obviously remain in effect:

    Hi @Labusi
    Welcome to the community!
    Lifetime maps are showing as active for your TomTom. Also, the device is on the latest map version- Europe_TRUCK : 10.65.

    I would recommend that you do a factory reset and login again into your account on the device.

    Main menu- Settings- System- Reset device.

    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..
