Tomtom Via 1525TM Map Subscription is expired

HOw is possible my device 1525TM which is supposed to have lifetime map and traffic services is now stated in my account as Expired!!!! Can you please get back to me with how to get my device back to current maps which it is supposed to have included! My device S/N is XQ4388I00483 . Thanks for the help.
