the email address they send it to is a old one and I don"t use it. I changed my email address with TomTom.
How do I cancel the old email?

The ordered services get allocated to the device. The account you are using for the community is not linked to a TomTom device.
Please contact our customer service along with the device serial number and order number and they will help you sort out the account.
