I am Subscribed to the live the service but my internal Sim card is not working. I have tried contact tom tom but there is no phone number and the e-mail link is not possible. How can i get this sorted ASAP

I have this problem every morning as I start work, set my device up and turn it on while being loaded, 30 mins later still no live service connected. I have to set off on my journey then restart the device to get it to connect0
