Smart Media System - Network shows not connected - Live Services updated

I have the Smart Media System and after the Software Update I could finally updated my SD-Card. As well I bought the Live Services which should be active right buying them from the Online-Shop. Still my SIM card does not connect and the Network status shows "not connected". How could I get it to work again???
How could I get the SIM-Card active again?

    Well, the only chat I have seen is this stupid robot but no real chat possibility.
    Could you please enlighten me where I would find the real chat
