Using the App on two Phones?

Hi.
I've been using TomTom Go Mobile for a few years now.
First on my Huawei P20 Lite, now on my newer P30 Lite.
My current Subscription is valid until the 15th of Feb 2022.

On my older phone, I can't access the App.
When I log in, I get a message saying ~

"No active subscriptions were found for this TomTom account . . . " ~

I'm logging in with the same email and password as on my newer phone.

I use the P30 to plan/save routes and destinations, and the old P20 on my Motorbike (and occasionally the P30).

Any ideas/suggestions?
