Using the App on two Phones?

Hi.
I've been using TomTom Go Mobile for a few years now.
First on my Huawei P20 Lite, now on my newer P30 Lite.
My current Subscription is valid until the 15th of Feb 2022.

On my older phone, I can't access the App.
When I log in, I get a message saying ~

"No active subscriptions were found for this TomTom account . . . " ~

I'm logging in with the same email and password as on my newer phone.

I use the P30 to plan/save routes and destinations, and the old P20 on my Motorbike (and occasionally the P30).

Any ideas/suggestions?

    Welcome to the Community! Can you please mention the App version installed on both of your phones? Did you purchase the subscription from Google Play/ Huawei AppGallery?

    Thanks for the reply Lampard.

    On the newer phone (P30Lite) it's showing as version 1.2 release/20.1 (3412)
    Old phone (P20Lite), Version 2.3.7 downloaded yesterday.

    After reading through a few comments on here yesterday, I uninstalled the App (from the older phone), and then downloaded and re-installed it from Google Play Store.
    Still the same issue, hence my question.

    I've now uninstalled the App from the P30, and re-installed the latest version, as I did with the P20.

    No change with the issue.

    I've just noticed, the Google Pay account showing when I click on a subscription link (on the old phone), is my previous email that was active when I first subscribed.
    It's different from the current one that I used for the latest subscription.
    I'm guessing this is probably the issue.
    If so, is there a way to remedy it?

    For us it is not possible to use the same playstore account. Is there another way, to solve this problem?

    But I am very dissapointed in Tomtom go now, and will certainly not continue my subscription.
