I have a Mazda CX-5 and an iMac running OS 11.2.2, and I need to update my map. I put the card from the Mazda into the iMac, and the TOMTOMDISK appeared. I opened Install TomTom HOME Mac.dmg. I got a message that TomTom HOME needs to be updated. On the window that should move TomTom HOME into the Applications folder, TomTom HOME is crossed out. What can I do?

Hi @pc06txstate
Welcome to the community!
Could you try a clean reinstallation of TomTom HOME.
Steps available on the support article here-

Thanks, Vikram. I appreciate your advice, but, after following it, I still can't update in Mac OS 11.2.2. When I click on the DOWNLOAD FOR MACOS 10.12 OR NEWER button, nothing happens and TomTom HOME is not installed. Comments at https://discussions.tomtom.com/en/discussion/1129668/tomtom-home-macos-xi-big-sur-similar-to-tomtom-home-macos-x-catalina suggest that, as of a couple of months ago, TomTom still hasn't updated their software to work with Mac OS 11. Does anyone know if this problem has been, or will be, solved?0
