Where is my ordered product?

I ordered a GPS device "Go Supreme 5"" over 6 weeks ago to be shipped to NZ. So for no shipping advice or tracking number on UPS. MY credit card is showing the valid payment. Where is my device? The website is so poorly designed there is no way to talk to the company to investigate this issue. Please help.

    Hi @SimonNZL

    If you go to the main Tomtom Website and log into your account top right then Tap the Person Icon top right you get a number of options at the top. One option is Orders and so if you select that does your order appear there?
