How long to deliver an order from January 2021?

I bought a tomtom via 152 at the end of January 2021.
Six weeks later I still dont have any shipping advice or tracking number.
Is this normal or should I cancel the order?

    Thanks for the reply Vik,
    The customer support link just directs me back to this forum here. I can not find anything where I can send a request or invoice number to the company.
    I've spent over an hour going round and round,.. and round,....
    Maybe if I had my tomtom I could navigate my way out of here but I don't yet have it.

    I tried logging in on another computer which had no tomtom cookies before but still just ended up on this same forum.
    Round and round we go, In and out we go,.
    I'm getting dizzy

    Try the following.

    Tap Support at the top of this page.
    Tap Sign in top right of next page and sign in to your account. (You must do this)
    Now Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Hello box appears. Then when it appears in that box a few seconds later Tap Get in Touch
    You should now get offered Chat or Email.

    Try Chat which is busy so may take a few try’s.

    If above does not flow as described try another Web Browser.
