Problems updating Rider 400/410

When installing updates MyDrive is continually 'waiting for device' and eventually tells me that the 'device is not responding' yet the SatNav says it is updating and do not disconnect. How do I resolve this?

Welcome to the community! The problem could be related to a connection blocked by a security software/firewall or the network.

Thanks Vikram, the strange thing is the SatNav has actually been updated with the new downloads despite MyDrive saying it can't find the device. I've unistalled and reinstalled MyDrive so I'll have to wait to see what happens at the next update.0
