GO PROFESSIONAL 6250 Traffic not working

I've just bought a GO PROFESSIONAL 6250. I've connected the device to my account and all my routes and places has synced over.

The only problem i have is that the Life Trafic doesn'twork.

I've tried:
- Waiting for an hour and rebooting.
- Soft restart
- Reset the device (multiple times)
- Driven a short trip outside
- Checked for updates.
- Tried switiching wifi til phone hotspot

When i go to the about page on the device it says that Traffic and speedtraps are activated, but when i go to my tomtom account it shows this:

(It's in Danish, but it says that trucker-poi has expired)

Any suggestions to what i can try?

    Welcome to the community! Did you order the device through our official TomTom webshop?
    It doesn't look like a Europen model as the services embedded are for Australia. And Traffic services is only available for Australia.

    Hopefully @VikramK or @lampard will pick this up tomorrow and review the units settings on the TT servers and sort them out if appropriate. Look back here tomorrow.

    Yes i ordered it through the official TomTom website.

    Everything om the website was in Danish and the country of delivery was also set to Denmark

    Is there an e-mail or some other way of contacting them, because when i click the link i keep getting reddirected to the TomTom comunity Forum.

    I’ve tried on multiple devices, but it’s the same on all of Them.

    Hi Martin,
    It's a website bug reported to our team. Just open the link in a private or an incognito window and it should work.
    The second option would be to clear the browser cookies and login again to the support website.
