How do I clear a green line in the display? TomTom VIA 1552M

I have a new VIA 1552M. A thin green line is now displayed on my screen and a reset did not clear it. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried a factory reset already?

    Main menu-Settings-System-Reset

    To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..

    Thanks @VikramK for responding to my question. Yes, I did a factory rest and reloaded my content from MyDrive Planner. Still has the green line on the display. It looks like a vertical centerline! It did do that a week ago.

    At this point, I would suggest that you contact our customer service. They probably are in a better position to review and confirm if this is a display issue.
