Not connected- When connecting GO 500 with MyDrive Connect

When I try to connect my GO 500 to My Drive Connect I suddenly get the warning "Not connected". I have tried everything: reinstalled My Drive Connect, restarted the PC, etc. Search on the net indicates that I suddenly are missing the correct driver for GO 500. Anyone had the same problem?
