Remove previous email account from the Rider 450 device

I took over a TomTom Ride 450 from someone but his Mydrive is active on the device.
How can I make a own Mydrive connection to the divice?
Is the livetime update than still active??

    Hi @Ron_Vos

    Do a factory reset and when you set it up then you can enter your account details.

    Tap Menu
    Tap Settings
    Tap System
    Tap Reset Device.

    Hi @Ron_Vos

    Maps, Traffic and Camera lifetime updates if applicable at time of first sale are valid wherever the unit is as they are tied to the serial number.

    It can happen that a date appears against the maps for example but when that date has arrived when TT have been asked the setting has been sorted to continue the service.
