Login error in mydrive connect

After logging, in my map download started and completed, then it started to update my Rider but after a short while it froze, and a message said no maps available, my Rider screen has frozen with that message, and my TT direct does not recognize my password (which I changed), so I cannot update it. Why am I frozen?

Problem solved, it seems my iMAC Catalina 10.15.6 is not compatable, so deleted all. Everything worked on W10, and I am up to date.0

Thank you very much for your reply. I had seen these, and downloaded a new My Drive Connect, but only the website recognizes my new login, nothing is working for me.0
