Expedition number not reconized on ups site

For a recent order, I've receved the mail with ups identification number but this one is not reconized on the ups site. How is it possible to know if there's a problem or not please.

    Hi @MarcoPauloTomtom

    I suggest that you contact Customer Support via Chat.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If you have an issue getting the above to work as described try another Web Browser.

    Many thanks for the fast answer.

    Is it the menu "Home› Welcome and support›" ?
    With this one, I have no "Sign up" possibilitie.
    I am on a pc, not a phone.

    I've tried the "contact" on https://www.tomtom.com but it redirect me here on discussion.tomtom.com.

    I've tried the phone support in France, but after on question in french, it swap in spanish.

    There isn't a simple mail adress to contact them, I've turn round for 30 minutes now on the different way and no one who work.

    Doesn't need another response, the ups number is now working :-)

    I realy like Tomtom gps, but I hate the web site :-)

    The Tap Support at the top of this page comment was if you are reading this post then at the very top of the website page you are looking at it says Tomtom top Left then 4 headings the last one is Support.

    I trust you won't have to wait as long as I did for UPS to deliver my order to the UK. Long delay all down too Brexit. 😂😂

    Ok, founded the first step.
    (My english is poor)

    But it's ok now for ups number. So I will not search the other steps. I like maze when it's in a game. But I viscerally hate it when it's for a simple contact.
    And popup each time I move my mouse cursor is a deal breaker for me :-)
    Computeur ingenering become more and more creasy (I was one for very long time).

    I'll never buy anything on this site, if need Tomtom feature, I'll do that in a shop where there's an human which can answer question.

    Again, a big thanks, you've made the work Tomtom have to do. Ask them money :-)
