Subscription only one device

I used to use my subscription on my iPhone and iPad one account since renewing my subscription it appears on my second device it says no active subscription this worked before can this be corrected /

    Hi @neilwellings

    I think there has been a change in that now the Payments are made via Apple and that the subscription now only covers the App on one Apple product. TT have indicated that they are working on introducing Family Share but they have not indicated a definitive date for this introduction.

    Thank you for your reply Doug, I have a few iOS devices I’m not prepared to pay for each device to have TT this was not made clear to me so a refund should be in order, especially when other map apps are free .... it doesn’t seem
