GO 620 WiFi -unable to connect to tomtom services

Hi there !
I have a TomTom GO 620 and the past 3 days I haven't been able to connect with TomTom services.
Is anyone else having the same problem.
And can't find a customer support number.

    What is your problem in case someone here can help.

    Meanwhile with so many working from home there has been no Phone line Customer Support since the current situation started . There is however Chat and Email facilities as follows.

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    If you have an issue getting the above to work it may help if you change to another Web browser.

    Doug when you say chat you ought to say botchat - I am yet to see chat option available other than bot chat. email is great if you have not changed your email - some people do - but the TomTom system does not allow for that - yes you can change email address in log in details but not on the device, and i can't imagine what confusion that would put your system into if you did that - it would probably mean never getting another update or something ridiculous like that - based on previous experiences with the totally inadequate customer services provisions

    Hi @SwarmCatcher

    When I said Chat I meant Chat and still do. Chat is only available during Normal Working Hours Monday to `Friday so I suggest that you try on Monday.

    Try the following ss it has changed slightly since my post in 2021:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    You then HAVE to Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this even although you were signed in on the Forum)
    When signed in, and not before, Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Support Box appears and at the bottom with a message option
    Type Contact or Chat in the box
    If Chat is available you should be offered the chance to Tap Live Chat
    If it is Out of Hours for Chat you should be offered an option to message but you will get a faster result using Chat

    If it does not work exactly as described then try another Web Browser.
