    Same issue here, frustrating.

    With so many working from home during the current situation it appears that some new subscriptions are taking longer to get added to the appropriate accounts. I suggest that tomorrow you contact Customer Support via Chat and they can link whilst you are on.

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top right. You must do this
    Then Tap Contact Us bottom right
    New box appears then after a few seconds Get in Touch appears in it
    Tap Get in Touch
    Select Chat

    May take a few attempts and if it does not work as described try another Web Browser.
