i bought a tomtom 6250 on 18/02/202, off the website i still have not received it,i have managed to live chat and was told its a stock issue but now having doubts, tomtom were quick enough to remove payment from my acct. 2 to 3 day delivery they advertised, any advise please?

When you look at your Orders details do you see tracking information. I am awaiting deliver of a unit and that is stuck in the UPS system I assume they will say its Brexit issues.

That suggests it has not been despatched yet so probably is a stock issue.

My TT device has now arrived after being stuck in the UPS system for 2 weeks because of Brexit issues.
