'No internet connection' error on MyDrive Connect

every 10 second a message appears saying "no internet connection", and the sign in button on support does not work.
However I do get connected when I connect my rider 450 to my computer, but only for updates.

    Had to uninstall MyDrive to get rid of the bug.

    the sign that appears on my computer screen is from MyDrive. It says "no internet connection" and it is like a bug. I have uninstalled MyDrive and reinstalled it, but the same bug keeps coming back.
