Transfer of purchased voice to new device

Hello All,
Unfortunately my tomtom 60-620 6-inch was stolen out of my car. I purchased it in 2017 and followed all the prompts with the set up against my account. At that time I paid for the Europe Map (Germany) for travelling and 3 x voices Han Solo, Homer Simpson and Billy Connolly.
As I have now set up my new device the tomtom Go Professional 620 - How do l retrieve the voices that l had on my original and paid for?
If someone could assist me that would be wonderful.

    Here is some information re stolen Tomtom units. Regarding the voices I suggest that you contact Customer Support and advise then re the loss of the old unit and seek there help re whether you can transfer the voices.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    Hello DougLap,
    Unfortunately everytime I open Contact Us - the page opens up and when you click on the Get in Touch (contact us) is open for 2 seconds and then the page refreshes and no chat or email.
    I have about 20 pages open - so no luck with this option

    Try another web browser. I find Firefox okay and after a problem with Safari the other day it was okay the next day.
