Update my NVA-SD8110

I bought the Live services ON THE TomTom website, but when I insert my SD card of the NVA-SD8110 on my PC, TomTom HOME doesn't recognize that I already bought the Live services, and doesn't activate the services.

    Hi @Jean-Luc_007
Welcome to the community! LIVE Services are not activated using TomTom HOME. It's in on-the-go over the air service.
Just reviewed your TomTom account and I see the service is active I think the SIM card is disabled as the previous subscription expired back in 2013.

You can contact our customer service to raise a refund request.

    Regards, Vikram

Ok, I was thinkig to something like that, but in the page of my product (https://www.tomtom.com/it_it/in-dash-navigation/nva-sd8110-live/) there is still the possibility to purchase the Live Services. How can I reactivate the SIM card?

    Hi Jean
It's possible to buy LIVE Services, but the device won't connect if the SIM is not active.
Unfortunately, once disabled the SIM cards cannot be reactivated. That was also the reason we sent out a communication email in advance to all our customers with inactive services/subscriptions.

    Thanks, Vikram.
