Hi @Chongam
A few years I had a replacement Via 120 Live (Faulty SIM)
The SIM in the replacement device like in your device did not work... Tomtom Support needed to activate the SIM for my Account....
As above in Doug's post @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up and check/correct your Tomtom Account status.....

Hi @Chongam
Are you sat at Home with the device connected to your Wi-Fi or Connected to USB with MyDrive Connect running on your PC
If 'Yes' The Wi-Fi and or the USB Connection will take priority over GPRS SIM.....
Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Setting --> System --> About....
Scroll down to Data Connection... What data connection does the device Report ???
If the Data Connection is Wi-Fi or USB... Either Disconnect the USB lead or Go out of the range of you Wi-Fi or try logging out of your Wi-Fi.... Note... I find the Wi-Fi devices are more stable and more responsive in general use when you 'Forget' the Wi-Fi connection
(You can't actually log out you can only 'Forget' the connection)
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Settings --> Wi-Fi
Tap on your Connected Wi-Fi
Tap (Modify) Icon
Tap (Forget) Icon
Tap (^) Icon Screen top right
To verify the Wi-Fi is OFF Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) screen top right Wi-Fi logo with an 'X'
To Reconnect to Wi-Fi.... For Updating etc....
Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) --> Settings --> Wi-Fi
Tap on your chosen Wi-Fi
Enter your Wi-Fi Password
Tap Done
Tap Connect
Unless you're using a personal My-Fi Hotspot in the car for your data connection, the only other reason for a live Wi-Fi connection is for updating the device... I turn off (Forget) Wi-Fi by default and only login for updates
It's no big deal for updates, you only have to enter your Wi-Fi password....

___________________________
(1)... Turn Off/Forget the Wi-Fi as above....
(2)... Do NOT connect your device to a USB port on your PC....
Both the Wi-Fi and USB data connections... Have a higher priority data connection than the GPRS SIM....
Check... Tap 4Dot (.... Menu) → Setting → System → About…
Scroll down to Data Connection & GPRS Status....
What does the device report...???
Is the GPRS Status... Connected ???
Are the following categories displaying any Numbers ???
MCC/MNC
IMEI
SIM ID
GPRS Model

@VikramK or @lampard should pick this up and sort your units settings on the TT servers. Look back here later to see what they have to say.
