I have my device connected to my computer but My drive says it is not connected. I have firewall turned off. on screen is tells my how much capacity I have left on my device (MB Free) so it must be connected. I have swapped usb posts, nothing! The cable works because it is supplying power to my device. I need to update maps - what do I do?

Do you connect your TT unit after you have started the My Drive Software on the PC.
