When I click on 'Add ADevice', I get a screen asking me to 'Please Connect Your Device ' It is Connected

GO 620 is connected directly to PC via USB cable.Tried it on 2 different PCs. Same problem on both!!!0

Go 620 is loggen into MyDrive0

Did you Start the My Drive Connect software on the PC before you connected the GO620.
