MyDrive app not route planning for HGV’s

The MyDrive app is not planning routes for HGV’s. I put my vehicle details in the app and view a route and the route is not HGV friendly. If I go back into the settings everything is reset to nothing. I’m using a IPhone 12 on iOS 14.
If I go into the web browser MyDrive the HGV settings are there.

    Since when have you started noticing this behaviour? Also, have you tried reinstalling the app already?

    Thank you for your reply. I only just noticed it on the 18th of February. But I think it has been like that since the last update. It had planned a route that I knew my truck weight wasn’t allowed to go and that’s when I started to go in the settings and found it wasn’t saving them.
    Yes I have reinstalled. Many times. Because there is also another bug, sometimes when I save a route, it says “something went wrong”. It will save my route to the app and MyDrive web browser, but it won’t sync to my Via 53. The only way to fix it, is by deleting and reinstalling the app.
    This first problem is also on my iPad. I’ve not had the second issue yet.
