How can I transfer my Live Services to a new device?

I have Live Services (with 7 months to run) on a device that has broken. I have another device that I would like to transfer the Live services and map onto. How can I do this?
I have emailed TomTom support, but not heard back.

    Hi @Chimpus

    You will need to contact Customer Support via Chat to see if it can be done.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    I tried contacting support via Chat, but it was closed. I sent an email but not heard anything back.

    Email seems to take longer. Someone on here the other day posted they had a problem then reposted within 30 minutes to say they had sorted it via Chat. Try tomorrow during working hours.
