Hi - looking for advice. I have a speed camera subscription package on my Go 5000. The device and the portal says '2 days of subscription left update now' (or something like that). So I follow the links, go to but a new package add to cart and try to buy - at which point it says 'no - that subscription is already active. Remove from device first'.
What????
Just want to renew.
Any advice?
