Subaru and TomTom Support

I am new to Subaru and TomTom-and am experiencing a lack of support with both! I would be grateful to know if anyone has an answer to these two questions:
1. Is there a way to order Favorite Destinations by proximity to current location or alphabetically? Right now it seems that two alphabetical groups have formed and I can't figure a way to change it.
2. Is there a way to notify TomTom of map errors?

Thank you so much for any help! I dearly miss my Garmin!

Welcome to the community! I don't think the sorting of favourites can be done per the proximity to a location.
The favourites are listed in the order they were added.
