Speed cameras still showing expired after paying for renewal
I have recantly been given a tomtom go 50
Just payed for speed cameras updates
Showing as active on tom tom account but on device showing as expired
I have done a reset and tried again still no good
Tomtom love chat won’t connect to anybody except a robot that is no help at all
Hope you guys can help me out

Welcome to the community! The order for speed cameras subscription has not been allocated to your TomTom account.
Please get in touch with our customer service along with the order number and they will sort out the subscriptions on your account.

What’s the best way to get in touch with coustomer services as I have tried the online chat and it just keeps saying the same thing

Try the following:-
Tap Support at the top of this page
Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

I sat for an hour this morning trying to get on chat and all I got was no ok was free

Odd I have just tried it and get to the box where I can input the Message to Chat. Try with another Browser to see if that woks. I am using a MacBook and Safari but Firefox is playing up.

I would keep trying Chat if you can as they can resolve it whilst you are on.

Iv not got time to sit and keep trying chat work 12 hour days it’s the last thing I wanna be doing after a days work.
The speed cameras have never shown up surly even thoufh it had expired the old cameras should still show on the maps

I just suggested that as it is likely to result in a quicker resolution.

Welcome to the site.... There has been a change in the Speed cam subscriptions... The Tomtom subscriptions now 'Auto Renew' by default....
Note... If your subscription has expired you will NOT get any Speed cam warning on the device, even the old database is still installed on the device....
