Purchased live traffic subscription twice

And shows in my subscriptions as active but on my tom tom it still shoes as expired.. I am totally lost and haven't a clue how to get it on my tom tom as need so badly as a lorry driver. any help will be much appreciated

    Contact Customer Support tomorrow.

    Try the following:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    You can have a look here tomorrow to see if @VikramK or @lampard has been able to sort. They often have to refer you to Customer Support

    Thanks for sending the serial number. It seems you contacted our customer service to help you with sorting out the subscriptions?

    Yours is a GO PROFESSIONAL 6200 that comes with 1 year of -Traffic and Speed Cameras services. A subscription will be needed to continue the service.
