Who is responsible for making changes to the TomTom speed zone changes?
What is the chain of responsibility for getting this vast swathe of changes implemented? I received no reply to the email I sent our City Chief Executive (I guess outside of election year they don't care). It is a real pain, because having the wrong speed zone readout on the TomTom is no excuse for exceeding the speed limit if the signage has changed. It has been like this for a year now.
Looking forward to the answer here.

Yes, good answer, but I don't think it is up to the community to report the thousands of signs which are now wrong in the eyes of a TomTom navigation device, when a city goes ahead and changes over 600 road & street speed limits.
