Black screen on GO Premium X

My first question is why can I not find Go Premium X in the list of devices above

My main question is as follows
I have not used my device for a few months as I have not been out. Today I turned it on and the map was completely black with just the route showing in colour and the busy roads. I fiddled around with the appearance settings, turning on and off night settings but I could not change it

    Hi @J_Cattell

    Have you tried a soft reset on your device? (Press and hold the on/off button till you hear the drum sounds). If this doesn't fix it, please make a factory reset on your device from Main Menu> Settings> System> Reset

    Note: factory reset removes all your saved places and settings, including the language, the voice, and the warning settings.
