Paid for updates still showing expired

I paid for both a speed camera update and a map update on 23/12/2020 and payment etc went through correctly and it was confirmed, but my account shows both services as being expired, and when I try to update them it tries to charge me the full amount for both services again!
Any body any advice?

Maybe @VikramK or @lampard will pick this up and if they can resolve. If they can't they will advise you to contact Customer Support.
There are no phone lines working because so many are working from home because of Covid.
Try the following:-
Tap Support at the top of this page
Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
Tap Get in Touch
You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.
Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

Thanks for the help .. I got in touch with Zara via chat and all is now solved, both updates have been activated and the downloads are now in progress. Thanks for the help and I have to say Tom-Tom were very good via Zara and the direct chat.
