I would like to transfer Star Wars voices to my new Go Supreme. Navigating without Yoda is just not the same. Please can you help.

Hi @Simonjames
My team confirmed the voices have got installed successfully.
Could you check if they show up after a factory reset?
Main menu- Settings- System- Reset
To avoid losing your stored favourites on the device you can create a back-up using MyDrive..
See user guide

Hi Vikram
Thank you. I think the voices came through to the device with a number of other updates but I cannot find them in the list (Menu/Settings/Voices). Am I looking in the wrong place?

Hi Doug
Four updates were downloaded to the unit via wifi yesterday, I think the voices were included. Updates and New Items currently says the unit is up to date.0 -
Hi @Simonjames
Just in case when you Tapped on Voices and the current chosen voice did you scroll all the way to the top of the list as well as the bottom. The computerised voices are often listed first.
If you have try a Soft Reset ie when the unit is on Press and Hold down the On/Off button for about 29 secs until you hear the drumroll sound. Then have another look and if still not there or offered as an Update let us know here.

Hello Doug
I have scrolled through the full list of names and voices are not there. A soft reset didn't make any difference.
