my drive not synching

quite often lately my device wont sync with my phone or ipad my drive app, phone is connected but on the status say not avaialable

i use this feature to plan routes daily please help

    Welcome to the community! Have you tried re-installation the app already?
    You have to be logged in with the same account on the device and the app.
