Provision of maps, speed cameras, fuel prices on new TomTom

Hi, you sent me details of the new Tom Tom go device which is faster an slimmer than the one I have which is the GO. 6200. I currently have a lifetime of map upgrades, sped cameras etc on my device, you only offer twelve months on this new one. What happens once the twelve month period is over please ?
