Removing account from device?

My uncle has a 'via52' but no internet.
He asks me to update his device. Now I accidentally logged into ttservices with my account.
can I still undo that?
Is going back to factory settings a solution?

    If your uncle already has a TomTom Account....
    You could log into MyDrive Connect to update the Via 52 using his Email address & Password....
    But I guess your Uncle never set-up and account, just used the device as is straight out of the box ???

    A Factory reset will reset the device to as new....
    But you will lose any Myplaces etc... Your Uncle has on the device

    Stay Safe... ATB YFM
