Can't connect my watch to TomTom MyDrive connect

My watch is version 1.7.64, HR2396G. I cannot connect it to the app via my Mac. Thank you for your help

    Thanks for your reply tfarabaugh.

    When I connect the watch, I do not have any error message, and he clock face change to a battery charging icon.
    I check all the 10 points. Sports Connect do not detect the watch when it is connected. I check and "wash" the pins of the watch and of the USB plug.
    My Mac is on 11.1 BigSur Version.

    Well...what 's wrong?

    I think the troubleshooting is in relation with the cable are unsolded....
    Should I Weld all cable ?
