I tried to buy a rider 550 locally but there were no retailers close so using the TomTom messenger app I ordered 1. Initially it took another 4 days to actually get the discount code and purchase the rider and associated car kit. Now 7 days after that I have not received anything other than confirmation of payment through PayPal and absolutely NO shipping details. Delivery was quoted as 3-5 working days and the items were in stock. I have been using the messenger app to talk to a lady named Katie however now after promising to get it sorted is not making any contact. HAVE I BEEN SCAMMED or is this how TomTom look after their customers?
