I have a Go 6200 and after the latest map update I no longer receive traffic updates, in fact the GPRS status shows as 'disconnected', so why has it been disconnected when I bought this device with life time maps and traffic? And don't fob me off with take it for a service, based on all the other comments on here it looks to me as though TomTom are disconnecting lots of devices. I also have a 6100 that also stopped working with traffic updates after I updated the map at the same time, this is not coincidental, so why have you disconnected them?

This has to do with the shutdown of the 2 G network in Switzerland.
But you can still supply it with traffic with the MyDrive app or via bluetooth tethering.
Outside of Switzerland, it should then work again via the Internal Sim.
