Cancelling the speed camera subscription on Mazda NB1

I am trying to confirm the cancellation of the " World Speed Camera" subscription on my NB1 Mazda device. As above, how do I confirm this is cancelled ? It keeps saying " Captured", but I want it stopped ?

Hi VikramK, It looks like the January payment was not taken, so I presume i have cancelled, it is just that there is nowhere to confirm this.
