Both my Start 20's will connect with my drive connect, but will either not start downloading or download to 100% but keeps checking and never finishes. I've tried on two computers, taking my drive out and reloading and resetting the tomtoms. What can I do. This is for Updates

Welcome to the community! This could probably be related to an anti-virus/ firewall/network issues.
Have you tried deleting the HOME3 folder? (see the path below)
Quit MyDrive Connect- GO TO- C:\Users\"Your Username"\AppData\Local\TomTom\
