hi I bought a 6250 pro says life time traffic etc yet says runs out next month

    Hopefully @VikramK or @lampard will pick this up on Monday and sort /correct your settings on the TT servers. Look back here Monday to see what they have to say.

    The restrictions as a result of the COVID-19, Social Distancing and people working from home, are probably delaying the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Account’/Devices....

    Did you turn off the old one? The new one works, the old one can't connect to the internet. So far it has worked. Now only the new one goes. He writes that there is no internet! Please correct!

    Left new, right old.
    The old one has so much trouble not seeing the battery.

    No changes done to the other device.
    We have only fixed the service for the device serial number ending -736.

    Try the troubleshooting as advised in the video below-
