Traffic Service Update

I have an TomTom GO 6200 trucker devise.
My live traffic service free year subscription due to end tomorrow 24/01/2021.
I did bought "TomTom Traffic Europe - 3 months" service to extend my subscription.
But my purchase is not visible on my device and in my TomTom drive application on my laptop.
How can I get that update to my devise?

    Welcome to the site....
    The restrictions as a result of the Coronavirus, Social Distancing and people working from home, are probably delaying the Activation of Accounts and the Allocation of Maps & Services to Account’/Devices....
    @VikramK or @lampard the Forum Moderators should pick this up on Monday and check/correct your Tomtom Account status.....

    Hi, I've got similar situation. I bought my subscription live traffic and speed camera on the 19th of january. The old one ended on the 22nd. I got the invoice on my email and i see it on my TomTom account but i cant see it on my device 6200 proffesional.
    It is very irritating

    Try disconnect yours device from laptop and just update your devise trough WiFi network. Mine device shows correct subscription dates now.

    I have already tried using wifi and a cable, nothing is working.

    Look back here tomorrow morning t see if @VikramK or @lam have been able to sort your problem out. They may have to suggest that you contact Customer Support via Chat as they have all the information and can sort it.

    If you have to contact Chat then try the following tomorrow:-

    Tap Support at the top of this page
    Sign in Top Right of next Page. (you have to do this)
    When signed in Tap Contact Us bottom right
    Help Box appears and after a few seconds Get in Touch also appears
    Tap Get in Touch
    You are now offered Chat or Email. If Chat is closed it will tell you the hours that it will be available.

    Chat is busy you may have to try a few times.

    Hi @wind1919
    The order for TomTom Traffic now shows as activated on your account. The subscription shows as valid till 24th April 2021.

    It looks like the services have not been allocated to your account after the purchase. Please contact our customer service along with the order number and they will help you sort it out :)
