How do I register a faulty device for replacement?

I bought a Go Premium X, it turns out that the mount is faulty and need to be replaced. I can charge my Go from a wall socket, using the USB cable alone, but I cannot charge my Go from the car via the mount. If I try to charge the Go from a wall socket via the mount, it also does not charge. So it is clear that there is a problem with the mount. How can I get the mount exchanged?

I live in Sweden and the Go was purchased in Sweden.
