took up the offer last month, but the money has been taken, i have not received an email or the order is not gone into my connect

    I don't find the new order has been associated with your TomTom account. Please get in touch with our customer service along with the order number and they can sort this out for you.

    Thanks for your reply, I think the problem was my fault. I was not on my own computer and when I downloaded tomtom connect I think I may have mistyped my email address, so I may have created a ghost account. Iam not bothered about the 33p, but did not want any more payments to go off my card, when the 33p offer finished
