TOMTOM GO Essential shows an image with a red exclamation mark and a red X

Hi I have bought a GO Essential Satnav last year, while I was using it, it stopped suddenly and I couldn't make it run again. When I try to open it shows an image with a red exclamation mark and a red X. Tried to restart it, so I did push the on off button until white text came off and when trying to press three times to get to recovery mode is not working and is restarting again. If I connect the satnav to the computer, MyDrive Connect starts and it says recovering device, but when finishes it restarts again. Anyone can help me please?

    Welcome to the community! Our team has opened a ticked to raise this issue. Currently, this is under investigation.

    In the meanwhile could you try the below-

    > Reinstall MyDrive Connect
    > Charge the device for a couple of hours and then try to perform a recovery via the computer using MyDrive Connect.
