Hi, I bought a professional tomtom go 520 a year ago. At a certain moment it appeared on my screen that it needs to be connected to the computer, I connected it but I couldn't update it. I kept pressing the start for reset, but nothing. I get the text written in white but after I press three times for reset, it does not reset. Please help me.

    Tomtom Video....

    The triple Power button press... Is the tricky part....
    It's as quick as you can type 111 on your PC keyboard....
    I would think you need the 3 button pushes within a Second

    Once you crack the triple Power button press
    You will see the spinning disc icon...

    The device MUST be connected to your PC using the supplied USB Cable with MyDrive Connect running in the background for the Recovery process to complete....
